Description

It is used for the fixing treatment of nylon fabrics dyed with acid dyes and metal complex dyes, and can achieve excellent wet fastness that general fixing agents cannot reach.

Product Features

Suitable for ultra-fine nylon and its blended elastic fabrics with spandex.
Has no impact on dye shade and light fastness, and does not affect the hand feel of fabrics.
Improves the competitive dyeing of wool/nylon blended fabrics during dyeing.
Enhances the levelness of nylon/cellulose fiber blended fabrics during dyeing.

Application

Used for the post-dyeing fixing treatment of nylon fabrics dyed with acid dyes and metal complex dyes.

Usage Method

Rinse the dyed fabrics thoroughly, as residual cationic or non-ionic leveling agents will affect the effectiveness of the fixing agent. Recommended process:

Padding Method:
- Medium Shades: 1~2% (o.w.f)
- Dark Shades: 2~3% (o.w.f)
Liquor Ratio: 1:5~10
Temperature & Time: 80℃ × 20min
Adjust the specific process according to actual conditions.

Precautions

Conduct a small-scale sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, conduct a compatibility test in advance.

Storage and Packaging

Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life is 6 months.
Packed in polyethylene plastic barrels with inner plastic bags, 125 KG per barrel.
